良性腎臟腫瘤中，以下列幾種最常見：

1. Angiomyolipoma (harmatoma)

2. Oncocytoma (oncocystic adenoma)

3. Adenoma (cortical adenoma)

4. Leiomyoma

5. Juxtaglomerular tumor (reninoma)

Angiomyolipoma:
-Adipose tissue, smooth muscle, thick wall vessels
-Female to Male: 4:1
-Bilateral lesions in 20% of tuberous sclerosis
-Ultrasound: hyperechoic, CT scan < 10HU
-Angiography: hypervascular
-Treatment: observation or partial nephrectomy

Oncocytoma:
-3~7% in solid renal tumors
-Male to Female: 2~3:1
-CT scan: central stellate scar
-Angiography: spooked-wheel arterial pattern in 55% of patients
-Pre-operative fine needle aspiration and nephron-sparing surgery
