  2. 在有以下的刺激，發育成男性生殖系統
    1. Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH) = Müllerian Inhibiting Substance (MIS)
    2. Testosterone
    3. Insulin-like factor 3 (INSL3)
  3. 若沒有以上的刺激，則發育為女性生殖系統
