微生物

1. 嗜熱性放射菌(Thermophilic actinomycetes)、直杆小多孢菌(Saccharospora rectivirgula)
   • 農夫肺症(farmer’s lung)：農夫暴露於發霉稻草、穀物
   • 蔗渣病(bagassosis)：蔗糖工人附錄於發霉蔗渣
   • 馬鈴薯篩選者肺病(potato riddler’s lung)：馬鈴薯堆放時，旁邊的發霉乾草
   • 香菇工人肺症(mushroom worker’s lung)：香菇培養床的堆肥
2. 煙色麴菌(Aspergillus fumigatus)、棒狀麴菌(Aspergillus clavatus)等麴菌
   • 堆肥肺病(compost lung)：農夫吸入堆肥顆粒
   • 麥芽工人肺症(malt worker’s lung)：發霉麥粒
   • 菸草工人病(tobacco worker’s disease)：發霉菸草
3. 黑酵母(Aureobasidium)、粘束孢黴(Graphium)等樹皮青變菌

10. 黑酵母(Aureobasidium pullulans)
    • 空調機、潮濕機肺症(ventilation pneumonitis、humidifier lung)：空調清潔工吸入機器內受汙染的水
11. 非結核分枝桿菌(Mycobacterium gordonae)
    • 自來水肺症(tap water lung)：吸入空調或自來水管路內受汙染的水
