雜七雜八triad

Whipples’ triad: (可見於insulinoma)

-Features of hypoglycemia

-Blood sugar less than 45mg/dL

-Symptoms are relieved by glucose supply.

Charcot’s triad: (可見於ascending cholangitis)

重要！

-Intermittent fever

-Intermittent pain

-Intermittent jaundice

Virchow’s triad: (血栓形成)

重要！

-Change in the vessel wall (或血管內皮細胞受損)

-Diminished rate of blood flow

-Increased blood coagulability

Murphy’s triad: (可見於急性闌尾炎acute appendicitis)

重要！

-Pain in right iliac fossa

-Vomiting

-High temperature

Hutchinson’s triad: (可見於先天梅毒congenital syphilis)

-Interstitial keratitis

-8^th nerve deafness

-Hutchinson’s teeth(哈氏齒：牙齒較小，齒間隔較寬，且門牙切面下凹呈半月形，齒角鈍而齒列不整)

Trotter’s triad: (可見於NPC, nasopharyngeal carcinoma)

-Conductive deafness

-Elevation and immobility of same side soft palate

-Pain in the side of the head
