SA=Staphylococcus aureus

肺炎球菌=Pneumococcus

G(-)指的是常見的KP, E.coli, Proteus

PA=Pseudomonas aeruginosa

三代以上才可以過BBB

Flomoxef會過BBB一點點，所以被歸在2.5~3代之間

 

Listeria monocytogenes meningitis抗生素治療以Ampicilin為第一優先考慮的藥物，合併Gentamicin有相加成的效果。
Klebsiella meningitis抗生素治療以third generation cephalosporin為主。
