對於enterocutaneous fistula,下列何者為誤?

A. TPN初期,drain量可能增加,而後逐漸減少

B. TPN可以增加fistula自然癒合的比率

C. TPN治療兩週若未癒合即需手術治療

D. 如果可以用腸道營養達20-30%的熱量需要時,其它可用靜脈途徑補充

E. 腸道營養亦可使fistula癒合,但速度可能較TPN為慢

一般可以等3~4個月

除非有以下的情形，就需要早些手術治療(FRIEND)：

1. Foreign body

2. Radiation

3. Inflammation/Infection/Inflammatory bowel disease

4. Epithelialization of the fistula tract or Eversion of mucosa

5. Neoplasm

6. Distal obstruction

 

以下則為相對建議手術，也不易癒合，但手術也會較為困難

Lateral duodenal or ligament of Treitz fistula

Ileal fistula

High-output fistula
