腹部腔室症候群abdominal compartment syndrome

IAP (intra-abdominal pressure): normal = 5~7mmHg

APP (abdominal perfusion pressure) = MAP – IAP

IAP measurement:

1. End-expiration
2. Supine position
3. No abdominal muscle contractions
4. Zeroed at mid-axillary line
5. Via bladder with 25mL sterile saline

IAH (intra-abdominal hypertension) = IAP > 12mmHg

1. Grade I: 12~15mmHg
2. Grade II: 16~20mmHg
3. Grade III: 21~25mmHg
4. Grade IV: >25mmHg

ACS (abdominal compartment syndrome)

1. IAP > 20mmHg with/without APP < 60mmHg
2. New organ dysfunction
