1.請盡量不要在生理期期間做健康檢查,會有些不可避免的數值異常,而一般的健康檢查本身對身體幾乎是無害的,所以應該不會有因為健康檢查而導致腦中風、腦梗塞的問題 2.脊椎側彎就是脊椎側彎,請找復健科或骨科醫師諮詢,白血球偏高可能是感染、發炎、過敏等問題,建議到家醫科門診追蹤 3.長期的姿勢不良、負重,的確是脊椎側彎的成因之一,至於鈣質流失與脊椎側彎,這部分我不是很了解,請找復健科或骨科醫師諮詢

適量的補充蛋白質的確可以改上傷口癒合,至於是不是一定要直接吃"膠原蛋白",我倒是覺得不一定,均衡飲食及充足的睡眠才是根本 已投給你一票了~
